Booking And Contract Form
Once your Deposit is received and your date of your Safari is confirmed. We will then require that you will complete the Booking and Contract Form. Once you have filled out all your of your information and signed the Contract you need to send it back to us. You are then deemed to have accepted the Conditions stated in the contract.
Reservation
The Safari Reservation can only be held once Mount Kudu Safaris has received a deposit. The remaining account will be settled on completing your Safari.
Cancellations
In the case of cancellations of Dangerous Game and Plainsgame Hunt:
Deposits are non-refundable we can move your dates with one year subject to availability and original Package price are subject to change without any prior notice.

Hunting Terms
Hunting Legal Terms
- A 50% deposit is required on a Dangerous Game Hunt
- For a Plainsgame Hunt the deposit is usually 25% of your Hunting Package booked.
- Activities must be booked in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Deposits can be made Electronically or via a whatsapp link that will be sent to you.
- Remaining account will be settled on the last evening of your Safari either cash, mastercard or visa card transactions.
- Travelers Cheques and Personal Cheques will not be accepted.
- American Express or not Accepted
- Trophy Fees are applicable if any Animal is wounded

Trophy Handling
All of your Trophies are filed prepared (salted and dried) and included in your Daily Fees.
The raw Trophy skin and skull will be delivered to the Taxidermy. You can let us know if you want it te be mounted in South Africa or either dipped and shipped to the address of your choice.

Legal Terms
Insurance
Mount Kudu Safaris strongly advises you to make the necessary arrangements to ensure you and your property are fully insured for the duration of your Safari.
Conditions
Due to the nature of Hunting and travelling in South Africa, some rates and conditions are subject to change. Mount Kudu Safaris reserve the right to alter and change any of the above conditions without any prior notice.

Liability
Mount Kudu Safaris will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, strikes, riots or any other cause outside our control.
Mount Kudu Safaris accepts no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to a person or property arising out of any act, omission or negligence.
The Client shall be deemed to have waved, renounced and abandoned any all right or entitlement which the client may be entitled to under the provisions of the law of The Republic of South Africa for any loss or damage to a person or property.
Mount Kudu Safaris will not e held liable for any loss or damage to a person or property, cancellation or curtailment of the Hunting Safari however caused, save only to th extent that such loss of baggage, cancellation or curtailment was caused by Mount Kudu Safaris negligence.
If sickness or accident interrupts a safari, Mount Kudu Safaris shall not be liable for any cost or expenses arising there from, save only to extent, that such sickness or accident was caused by Mount Kudu Safaris wilful act or gross negligence.
Mount Kudu Safaris shall not be liable for any refund, either total or partial, of a client’s money paid. We recommend that Clients take out the neccesary insurances to protect the Clients against such eventuality.
